Say hello, or write something.

Lila is being built in the open, by people living with this. If you have a question, a correction, or something you want to say to other women with PMOS, this is the place. You can also write for Lila or become a brand ambassador.

Questions

Write for Lila

Your story is the thing that helps.

The most useful thing anyone ever told me about this condition came from another woman who had it, not from a leaflet. If you want to write for Lila, we would like to publish you.

01

What we publish

  • What getting diagnosed was actually like
  • Something you wish you had known earlier
  • Living with it at work, in a relationship, in your family
  • What helped, honestly, including what did not
  • Being dismissed, and what you did next
02

How it works

  • Pitch below in a few sentences. No full draft needed yet
  • We reply either way, usually within a week
  • 300 to 400 words is the sweet spot. Short and true beats long and tidy
  • Write more than one if you want. A few short pieces often land better than one long one
  • Publish under your name, your first name, or anonymously
  • You keep your work. We edit lightly and send it back before anything goes live

Pitch us something

A few sentences is plenty. Tell us roughly what you want to write about and why it matters to you. If you have several ideas, list them all here.

We read every pitch ourselves. Nothing is published without your say-so. Privacy

Thank you, that is with us.

We will be in touch at the address you gave, usually within a week. If it is a fit, we will work on it together before anything goes near the site.

If you are in distress or need medical help, please contact a clinician or your local emergency service rather than this form. We are a small team and cannot respond urgently.

Brand ambassadors

Help other women find Lila.

Lila is being built for people living with PMOS, and the people most likely to be believed by someone newly diagnosed are the ones they already trust. Ambassadors share Lila honestly with their own community, and help us make it better.

01

Who we are looking for

  • People living with PMOS who want to share what has helped
  • Clinicians, dietitians and coaches who work with PMOS
  • Writers, creators and community organisers whose audience includes women with PMOS
  • Anyone running a support group, newsletter, podcast or clinic waiting room where this would be welcome
02

How it works

  • Early access to the Lila app, and a direct line to the founder
  • A real say in what we build next
  • Credit on the site, if you would like it
  • Any other perks or compensation are agreed in writing first, never assumed
  • You always say that you are a Lila ambassador when you share it
  • No medical claims, no promises of results, and no talk of weight loss, dieting or "fixing" PMOS. Lila records and reflects. It never diagnoses

Become an ambassador

Tell us a little about you and where you would share Lila. This is a conversation first. Nothing is signed or expected up front.

We reply to everyone, usually within a week. Privacy

Thank you, that is with us.

We will write back to the address you gave, usually within a week, to talk about whether and how it could work.
